Which part of the body gets stretch marks? These lines can appear anywhere on the body, but, many of them appear on the abdomen, buttocks, hips, breast, thighs and arms area. Stretch marks are basically scars. They occur in dermis, which is the middle layer of the skin.
These purple, red, white or white lines are very common and can be somewhat embarrassing. This is especially true when wearing a bathing suit. Some women will refuse to wear a two piece suit simply because these ugly lines are so visible.

The first thing you should know is that no over-the-counter creams remove them. Do not scratch the area where you are likely to get stretch marks. Scratching will pull and stretch the outer and middle layer of the skin, and will further damage the skin.

Why do people get stretch marks? There are many different reasons that people develop stretch marks. Once you have them, you probably want to get rid of them to get your confidence back because they look ugly. You might lose your self-esteem and confidence once you have these stretch marks. Because these marks appear under the top layer of skin, it is very hard to eliminate them completely.
There are a lot of methods to get rid of them. Even though they may disappear eventually, many people just want a quick fix.

There are two big causes for stretch marks. Pregnancy and puberty are the big ones. While almost 90% of women get stretch marks while their pregnancy, so many other people have it too. If you are really serious about getting rid of stretch marks, there are variety of different methods.
